fantastic doctor, friendly, supportive, explains issues, always helpful. Office staff could be a bit more understanding, friendly, and cooperative- especially when making appointments- and not over book, but hey it is what it is as they say.

some of these reviews sound "canned" and they make us wonder if Dr's staff is writing some of them? So far, we found the staff in Dr Covello's office surprisingly unprofessional. They made us wait and forgot information, and well, we're wondering if we should go forward with this at all.
