I went to this facility and it was worst practice ever. They didn’t know what they were doing. They gave me wrong information about the insurance. They didn’t try to resolve my issue. Worst customer service experience from coast dental Duluth office. Later on I talked to other people and found out they had worst experiences with coast dental Duluth office too. Shame on this big coast dental corporation. They shouldn’t be in this business if they can’t provide decent customer service..
