I was initially impressed with how kind and helpful the receptionist was. But the real impression was going to be determined by the service I received from the dentist himself. I was in a great deal of pain when I first saw Dr. K. Heard. He explained everything that he was going to do and that he wanted my experience to be painless. That was his first plus. Secondly, he explained everything again as the procedure was being done. I never experienced any pain during the procedure and haven't since. I have made him my dentst and I am referring all my friends and co-workers. Last, but certainly not least, his staff is beyond courteous. They are friendly and accomodating. It's not often these days to find people who treat you kindly and professionally, and this helps make the entire experience less stressful. I love HEARD & HEARD!

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all.
