Yes, they examined my teeth thoroughly

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure?
Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I have been a customer for several years now and I am so happy that I chose Heard & Heard as my dental provider. My company changed DMO providers and I was looking for something closer to home in Decatur. The staff is always attentive, friendly and professional. Both Dr's Heard (he and his wife) are wonderful and do fantastic work. You won't regret it. My entire family are happy customers with nice teeth to boot.
