I was dissatisfied with Dr. Dowdy approach when I attend her office for the first time as a new patient. My daughters have been using her as their dentist for the past 2 years without any complaints. The front office staff was very professional and friendly. The office was very clean and decorated nicely. However here are my concerns: My hygienist was outspoken with her comments regarding the many crowns I had received. "WoW' you have a lot of crowns". I didn't like that. My other concern was: Since I was a new patient, I felt Dr. Dowdy should have introduced herself and made me feel comfortable about the visit. But she didn't. After my cleaning Dr. Dowdy never sat down to examine my teeth. I informed her I had slight problem with one tooth, but she just stood there and lead over and look as though she was looking into a black hole while I was pointing at the tooth. My previous dentist would always provide a warm greeting and would examine my teeth every time I came in for a cleaning. They only reason I switch was because my previous dentitst wasn't in network with my plan and I always had to paid higher out-of-pocket expenses. So this year I decided to use a in-network dentist to lower my out-of-pocket expenses. But I realize sometimes you may have to pay a little more for better service, so I'll will be returning to my old dentist. I can only assume that maybe Dr. Dowdy was just having a bad day.

Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!

Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
