Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
