I'd went to Dr. Chester for many years, but the last I visited him it was very different. It all started months before when he fixed some work for me. His secretary at that time, couldn't or wouldn't get me the correct billing information needed to continue this process along, and then the insurance got all messed up. When the new secretary came, she was working with me to fix the situation. When I went to see Dr. Chester this last time, I spoke to him about it and his reply was that he was tired of all of this, he didn't want me as a patient any longer and I had 30 days to find another dentist. He had me in tears while he was talking to me like he did, and all of this happened in front of my 5 year old grandson. As my grandson and I were walking out the door, he said to me, " Mimi, it's ok you can come and see my dentist. He's nice to people, and he even sees adults." So I cried more. Thanks Dr. Chester for the wonderful experience.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
