I was kept waiting for over 45 minutes for every, single appointment I had there, 5 in total before I decided to see a provider who keeps his appointments. No explanations, no offers to reschedule, and I was treated rudely for asking if I'd have to wait much longer after 30 minutes of my wait. My time is just as valuable as theirs, and I don't appreciate being treated so rudely. I do not recommend this practice.

They were extremely overpriced. But, I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. My procedure went well with Dr. Going. However, I would not recommend Dr. Singer he is very arrogant, rude, and unpleasant.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. I WOULD NOT EVEN ADVISE MY DOG TO GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY ARE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE. NEXT TIME I HAVE TO HAVE SOMETHING DONE, I WILL DRIVE TO A DIFFERENT STATE IF I HAVE TO BEFORE I WOULD GO BACK TO THEM. IF YOU VALUE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEN DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE AND GO ANY OF THEIR OFFICES.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

The doctors are very qualified and professional and their services are very expensive. They were listed as participating providers on my dental insurance,however the office wanted a large deposit up front instead of waiting for my insurance company to pay the bill. They have several locations and a large staff I guess that is why they need you pay up front.
