We have been to this dentist twice and both times we have had wait times of over forty-five minutes. It would not be so bad it the wait room was better designed. The first time we went it was early morning and for an office that will only allow children under five before lunch it was a poor choice to play a movie meant for pre-teen girls, I believe it was the Princess Diaries. The only play room is a small room with a table and chairs and a little push cart. The room is also behind a partition with only four chairs facing it. This makes it very difficult for parents to see where their children are. There are no toys what so ever. It is very difficult to make young children wait patient to see a doctor. The waiting room is also very crowded, the last time we went there were no chairs for my family to sit together. I would suggest not over booking appointments, and maybe asking for toy donations.
On the plus side the staff is very friendly and very helpful. My son has never been scared of much of anything, and thanks to this office that includes dentist and dental hygienists. Once you are back in the back the Hygienists do a wonderful job of making young children feel comfortable and making it a fun experience for them. The dentists in the office are also very engaging and great with the children making this a much better experience than I had at my sons age with dentists.
