They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. They didn't explain my dental procedure to me at all, even after I asked for an explanation. I was very nervous about having a procedure done that I didn't know anything about. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.
