I WITHDRAW MY KIDS AND MYSELF FROM HERE. HUGE DENTAL GROUP, SLOPPY DENTAL WORK. THIS DENTAL GROUP VISITS SCHOOLS AND DO ALOT OF CHILDREN DENTAL WORK. I CANNOT SPEAK FOR OTHER CHILDREN BUT I CAN SPEAK FOR MINE. MY KIDS ALWAYS COMPLAIN ABOUT THE WAY THEIR TEETH ARE BEING CLEAN. AS FOR MYSELF, LEFT WITH PAIN AFTER FIRST VISIT, TO DO A FILLING. I WAS GIVEN THE CHANCE FOR THEM TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND I WAS TAKEN CARE OF BY ONE OF THEIR BEST DENTIST WHOM I'VE GROWN TO TRUST. DID FOLLOW-UP VISITS AND CLEANING AFTER THAT. HOWEVER I RECENTLY WENT IN TO DO ANOTHER FILLING, I WAS RUSHED DUE TO THE FACT THE FACILITY DID NOT WANT TO LOOSE A PATIENT THAT DAY, LEAVING ME WITH A INCOMPLETE FILLING AND ALOT OF DISCOMFORT. I BELIEVE IF THIS DENTAL GROUP TAKE THE TIME TO CARE FOR THEIR PATIENTS MOUTH (HECK THEIR GETTING FULL PAY FOR THE WORK) INSTEAD OF RUSHING TO GET TO THE OTHER PATIENT IT WOULD BE A GREAT PLACE. I CANNOT SAY THAT MY DENTIST WHO WORKED ON ME THAT DAY IS A BAD ONE (HE'S NOT) HOWEVER, I WILL SAY WITH MY DENTIST BEING OVER-BOOKED ON THIS PARTICULAR DAY LEFT ME SCARED FOR GOOD. I THINK IF HE HAD HIS OWN PRACTICE HE WOULD DO WELL.

The dentists and hygienists here are fantastic. their office staff could use some work on manners and how they treat people. Office staff are the first point of contact and cancelling appoint be wary, especially if you wake up on the morning of your appointment with an unexpected sickness. They like to remind you they need 24 hours and you should have apparently been able to predict you would wake up and spend your day with the toilet instead of in their office.

Ask for Shelly. She was very nice and got my baby to be comfortable. We lliked her much better than that girl we saw last time. Don't remember her name. We didn't feel rushed like we did last time either. Very nice visit. The girl at the desk was very nice too. We will go back.
