MY WIFE GOT A TOOTH FILLED AND AFTER IT WAS FILLED HER PARTIAL WOULD NOT FIT.
SHE MADE THREE TRIPS BACK TO TRY AND GET THEM TO ADJUST IT AND ON THE LAST TRIP, SHE ASK THEM, THE DINTIST TO JUST TELL HER IF THEY COULD NOT HELP HER..
SHE WAS TOLD BY THE DENTIST THAT THE REASON HE TOLD HER TO COME BACK WAS TO PLEASE HER.
SHE TOLD HIM THAT HE DID NOT WANT HIM TO PLEASE HER, JUST ADJUST THE PARTIAL SO IT WOULD BE LIKE IT WAS BEFORE THE WORK.
SHE WAS TOLD THAT THE PARTIAL WAS OLD.
NOW SHE CAN'T EVEN WEAR IT AND WE HAVE TO GO FIND SOMEONE AND BUY A NEW PARTIAL.
NOT ONLY THIS SHE WAS TREADED RUDE IN MY OPINON .
THE ISSUE , WHY WAS SHE NOT TOLD UP FRONT THAT THE PARTIAL WOULD NOT WORK AFTER THE TOOTH WAS FILLED.
NO ONE HAS SAID I AM SORRY, AND THE ONES WHO ATTENDED TO HER EVEN THE DENTIST ACTED INDEFFERENT AND UNCONCERNED.
ITS OK MAY THE LORD REWARD ACCORDINGLY.

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but the wait wasn't excessive. I feel the wait was within normal limits. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of discomfort after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. This is a friendly office. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
