Have been going to him since he started his practice in Laporte In. and Michigan City In. i would recommend him to everyone. rate him as excellent caring Doctor who knows his profession well. Five star Doctor! His Wife is Also vary caring they both are wonderful people.

Yes, they have a nurse practitioner or doctor on staff when the pediatrician is unavailable

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

No, it was rather cramped

Yes, but it didn't bother me much

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

We had to wait over an hour for the doctor. Obviously - he cares more about packing as many billable hours as possible into one day than giving good service to his patients. Fortunately - doctors are a commodity nowadays. There are pediatricians everywhere.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen

No, they were fully staffed
