Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise.

Absolutely not. I asked for helpful advice but wasn't given any

No. I still haven't talked to them.
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

After waiting an hour after my appointment time and listening to the staff loudly chat across the hall, I asked when would I be seen. I stated I would give them another 10 minutes, so after 15 minutes I left. When I called to make a subsequent appointment, I was told they didn't want to see me anymore. And HUNG up on me.

This group doesn't care about customer service, cleanliness, or professional staff. Don't waste your time.
