Never, they are very reliable.

Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms!

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

No
Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details?
Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
