I can without a doubt say I will never visit another Dentist office again. Athens Family Dentist will be my, and my families dentist from here on out. I loved Barbara she is more than amazing, she gave me a personal tour and introduced me to everyone. Dr. Pate was great. He answered my many questions and addressed all of my concerns. His assistant was extremely nice, and the x-ray technician was very knowledgable and patient with me. I have an extreme fear of dentist and surgery (I am getting dental implants) but everyone made me feel comfortable and calm.

Athens family dental is awesome! It is a one stop shop, from a cleaning, having your wisdom teeth removed or even braces! They do it all! They are all very friendly! I love all the doctors especially Dr. Pate! He answered all my question and made me feel very comfortable! The building is very clean and really easy to find! I recommend this office to ANYONE!

Twice I Have Taken My Son Out There For A Toothache. He Called For An Appt And Got In. Then I Take Him All The Way There And They See Him And Then Tell Him He Has To Come Back The Next Day Because No Dentist Was There. What Kind Of Place Is This That They Don't Have A Dentist There Everyday. They Could Have Told Him That On The Phone. What About The Charges. Do They Charge His Insurance Today For An Office Visit And Then Charge Again The Next Day? Need To Find Him Another Denstist.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. The chair I sat in during my dental procedure was awful. It was seriously harder than a rock. They need to invest in more comfortable chairs. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I always want records of my dental visits, so I asked them for an invoice. Instead of giving me one right away, they kept making excuses for why they couldn't give me one, and didn't end up giving me one for weeks.
