Absolute extortionists. Attempted to allow me to pay "off the books" as long as I would agree to go in, then informed me it would be way more than they said - AFTER they had entered all of my credit card information.

Do NOT waste your time with this practice. They are a joke. They recently had a Groupon Special for $49 cleaning and exam. First, they call people with these groupons "$49 patients." They try to sell you extra services more than take care of your teeth. For the cleaning, they just sprayed a little water here and put some fluoride there. Not really cleaned. They make you wait...and wait...and wait. It took 40 minutes for the dentist to review the x-rays. Really...?

Unfriendly. Unprofessional. Just down right awful. BEWARE!

This is a corporate owned facility. You can hear the corporate conference calls with the entire staff. That is right, they will leave you to go to attend the call. Beware of the dental hygienist trying to sell you expensive procedures that they say you must have or new products they offer. If this happens to you, get a second opinion from a dentist that is self employed and not corporate employed. There are huge markups on their procedures, not covered by insurance. Equipment is very old. Dental hygienist will diagnose what you need, not the dentist. One dentist working on 5 patients at one time.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They have unusual policies such as requiring you to give them your credit card number to keep on file -- not optional. They put a bunch of "finance charges" and "administrative fees" on my bill, even though I paid it before the due date -- these fees are apparently automatic. The equipment appeared to be relatively old, which was somewhat disconcerting. The hygenist was very rough; did not make much attempt at all to be gentle with her poking - much rougher than the hygenist at my previous dentist, and I was much more sore afterwards. I will not go back to this dentist since there are many others nearby.
