I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
