They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.
