I know 3 other people besides myself that has gone to this office, and had the same results as I did. Bad experience! Listen to this... Some staff was friendly, but "Jennifer" the office director is VERY rude, inconsiderate, has hung up on me multiple times, and has a bad atittude, has given me problems, and charged me for a retainer that I never recieved, and aparently LOST my impressions!!! Also, ive had to have braces put on 2 TIMES, because the first time when i had them taken off, i was suppose to recieve a Permanent retainer, never did, so my teeth ended up spacing out, and I had to return to have braces put back on, and was charged another $500 for THEIR MISTAKE!! finally after charging me more money, i Finally recieved the permanent retainer! Jennifer is the one that makes my visits UNPLEASENT, and makes me feel like I dont ever want to go back! I didn't feel welcome there, but I was stuck going there on and off for 5 years! I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. There was another girl that was there that removed my wires every month, and one time she said Out LOUD "yuck thats gross". How rude? I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish they made people feel more welcome and friendly! Dr. Baker is a nice doctor though. No bad comments about him. I just wish he made himself available to talk to, you wont beable to speak to him through the phone at all, and when your in the office, Jennifer relays messages back and forth from the customer to him, when it would be easier to just speak to him directly, but she doesnt allow it, unless you have an appointment made, even to ask ONE simple question! If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else, because the way you are treated and ripped off is ridiculous! BEWARE OF THE Witch! youll see for yourself once you become their client! overall after 5 years (when it was only suppose to be 2 years) I am finally happy with my teeth!

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
