I have always been greeted politely and promptly when seeing the orthodontist/dentist. They have always been professional and always ask if I have any questions before I leave. I would recommend them to anyone. They worked with me to set up a payment plan for my daughter's braces and showed me exactly how much insurance would pay and what was expected of me.

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, but I was able to read a magazine

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Yes

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

The staff was the worse. The office manager Pam was impolite and did care about my feeling as a consumer. I came in with six kids and wanted to pay for services in advance. I asked what was owed they gave me an amount I paid it. No after all is done I now getting a bill. I am so disgusted with this company. I was told that they should have done a predetermination for services. I replied how I was supposed to know that, I expected for you to do your job and give me accurate information. So I recommend you check with your insurance because they won’t Now with all the money that I have paid in advance I still owe more money because it was not done correctly. I hated it. I will never go back and will not recommend them at all.
