Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. Office staff are incompetent. It took them 10 days to send in a claim after I paid the bill in full. They did not tell me I would have to pay the whole bill in full until after I got the root canal done. They are rude and not helpful at all.
