As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they always call the day before so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The doctor and hygienist are highly competent and always give reliable advice, even in difficult cases. The restrooms at this office were spotless.. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The staff, including Dr. Prior were all smart, fun and kind. What could be better!
