STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE..ALL OF THE DENTIST ARE VERRRRYY RUDE AND TREAT EVERYONE AS IF THEY ARE PAIN MEDICATION SEEKERS WITH THE MAIN 2 DR.'S BEING ONE FEMALE AND ONE AFRICAN AMERICAN GUY THAT WORK THERE.....I WENT TO THIS OFFICE 2X ON DIFFERNT OCCASIONS BECAUSE THEY WHERE LISTED AS MY INSURANCE PROVIDER BOTH TIMES I WAS IN AN EXTREAM AMOUNT OF PAIN AND WHAT THEY DID BOTH TIMES WAS SAY *WE CAN ONLY RECCOMEND YOU PAY US TO HAVE A ROOT CANAL OF EXTRACTION DONE (THE COST WAS WAYYYY TO MUCH EVEN WITH MY INSURANCE) AND THEY *REFUSED* TO GIVE ME ANYTHING 4 PAIN THE FIRST TIME I JUST PAID IT THE 2ND TIME I DINT HAVE ENOUGH SO I LEFT IN PAIN AND WENT TO STAR DENTAL AND THEY PULLED THE TOOTH AT A VERY REASONABLE PRIVATE OUT OF POCKET RATE.....SOOO STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF YOUR IN PAIN EVEN IF YOU HAVE INSURANCE BE PREPARED TO PAY BIG BUCKS OUT OF POCKET AND DONT EXPECT ANY PAIN RELIEF IF YOU DONT HAVE ENOUGH TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR SERVICE HERE...*THANK GOD I WAS ABLE TO SWITCH DENTAL OFFICES BUT NOT AFTER FILING A GRIEVANCE WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY AGAINST *PALM BEACH MALL/CROSSTOWN DENTAL*

If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They certainly do not do anything special to make the patient feel important. In fact, I felt like I was being a bother while I was there. They're not rude, they just act like you're not there. Very, very expensive even with insurance. At my last dental provider, I paid nothing for regular check ups and cleanings with my insurance. Here they took my insurance AND charged me an additional $180! They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation.

Dr. Balman & his assistant were very professional. Right in Schedule, great service and helpful. Also very affordable :). The only reason I gave them 2 in the facility is because of their equipment is bit older than other office I have been. Other than that they do a great job.
