Dr. Adkins is an amazing dr. He takes his time to talk to you and give you information. He will answer ALL your questions and actually take time with you, you will not feel rushed. I would recommend him to anyone. Like I said before he is amazing!

The office was easy enough to find. The office employees were friendly and professional and always tried to help me in any way possible. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I did not look for any. There were no pressure sales from the office personnel. Dr. Adkins openly discussed some of my questions; yet, appeared to be irritated by other questions. Dr. Stanley Adkins does have anger management problems with a very short temper and can act extremely unprofessionally when both Dr. Adkins and an intern are present in the room with the patient. He is not above screaming at the patient, for a clear misunderstanding on his part, in reaction to an answer given to one of his questions. This happened to me on two separate occasions, both times when an intern was in the room with Dr. Adkins and me. When no intern was present in the room, he seemed fairly calm and communicative. It appears that he does not handle stress well at all. He is oftentimes short with the interns, as well, and acts as though they are "in his way". On several occasions, Dr. Adkins had difficulty recalling the reason for my office visit even though my patient file was right in front of him. He repeatedly quoted old test results from previous visits, but never addressed the specific reason for my return follow-up visits without being prompted, by me, in order to refresh his memory. On several occasions during my visits I needed to "draw him back" to the reason for my present office visit, as he would often get off track. For nearly two years, I followed every instruction given to me by this doctor; every test, every referral. Yet, on my last visit, when he lost his temper in front of the intern, he said I was not taking his advice and was wasting his time. I am concerned that his unprofessional behavior might cause a patient who is less capable of handling stressful or verbally abusive situations to react in an extremely unfavorable manner causing harm to either the patient or this doctor. I would not recommend this physician to anyone.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
