Very professional and personable office. Work has always been first rate and no complications or problems after the procedure. Never a wait, always in within 5 to 10 minutes of appointment time at the latest.

I broke a tooth over the weekend & I sincerely appreciate being worked in on Monday morning! My wife and daughter are patients of Dr. Zrallack's, but this was my first visit. I was very pleased with everything! Friendly people and great work! I would strongly recommend Dr. Zrallack & her staff! The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment!

This was the worst dental experience of my life. As far as care goes, it was good. Nothing spectacular but really no complaints but something strange happened at this office. I needed a bridge replaced due to the old one being dislodge by a broken tooth. When I went for xrays the Dr. Zrallack stated that the post in the broken tooth was in great shape and strong. There would be no problems with replacing the bridge. I came back for the prep work and when they removed the old bridge, "OOPS", the tooth under it was broken to just below the gum. While in the chair, novacained up, completely stressed out, I am told that they are going to have to go to another tooth. In other words mess up a healthy one in order to place the bridge. I made it very clear that I didn't have that kind of money sitting around and Dr. agreed that I could make payments. Now, my out of pocket was originally to be $945 and there were three teeth in the original plan, so one would think that even though the insurance was tapped out, and the dentist had "missed" this on the original exam, that the addition of an even smaller tooth, dentist would charge about one-third of my original out of pocket on this add on. But no.. They charged over $800 for it. I should say, want to charge because the issue is not yet settled. I feel like I was scammed to the max and even coerced into this whole deal. At this time, I would never recommend this dentist however, I hope that I am able to change this review. The worst part of this was the office manager, Susan who constantly talked over me and my husband, lied to my husband telling him the dentist told me from the beginning that the tooth wouldn't hold. NOT TRUE. It's very sad that someone in a small town like Titusville, FL would take such advantage of people especially during this time of massive job losses and every other house being foreclosed on. Very Sad
