Thank god they changed offices, because their last office was DISGUSTING. I honestly don't think that they had proper sterilization and the doctor just seemed super conceited and so did his assistant. I felt like I was just there and they were having their own little conversation about god knows what. He is super unprofessional and treatment planned me for numerous crowns that I did not need. I should have known going to someone in south tampa was just going to be money hungry. My main concern though is his sterilization. I feel this place is dirty and needs to be checked out. Not only did I feel uncomfortable, but I felt just weird around him. He gives off such a negative vibe and I do not trust him. I tried to give him one more try but that was my mistake. I will never, EVER go back nor will i refer ANYONE to him. This place doesn't even deserve one star.

The office is nautical and the Dr goes on to brag about being a fisherman and that his latest equiptment makes him a better dentist...not! The staff seem to try to act like they are happy there...not! Dr talks way to much about his his girlfriend that is younger than him and her fat bipolar daughter and about how in shape he is. Seems to me he has a phobia about being old. His side kick Lou that I bet couldn't get a job anywhere else is as bad as he is. When they get to talking about themselves the one tries to out do the other. The enviroment is nonprofeshional. Neither one of them seem to have any class. There needs to be less insecurities about ones self and more dentistry, What a mess. I will not return.

They turned my wife away when a root canal got infected. They sent her to an "emergency dental clinic" that wasn't covered under our insurance. Then they recommended a lot of extra work for me that wasn't necessary. Just an awful dentist.

The dentist and his assistant Lou talk way to much about personal affairs in front of patients and staff. They are both unprofeshional in that manner. The Dr forgets he has told the same story of his private affairs over and over. So what do you do...you hear it again and again. It's like a broken record! Dr seems very narcissistic, pathetic and boring. He trys to hard to impress. Needs to concentrate on dentistry more. He
has the tv's sound blaring into the hallways when I have arrived for appointments. I will not be returning. Not a good inviroment. His dentistry is only Fair.

No, they didn't even attempt to explain

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

Their office was decent, and Dr. Schroeder is very nice. However, it's very difficult to schedule an appointment. I like the office but will have to go elsewhere.
