Dr. Besold is a good doctor but the way the office handles phone calls is extremely poor. If a patient needs to contact the office he/she needs to be able to leave a message so the dr. can return the call when convenient. A patient may not feel like redialing over and over again to get a response.

Dr. Besold is on the ball!! I always feel that I have her full attention when I am there and she fully addresses my questions and concerns. I'm really glad she's in my insurance network.

I didn't wait long at all. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was able to relax during my appointment here. I absolutely love Dr Besold. She sits down and gets comfortable without being in a rush and gives me time to ask my questions.
I have been going to her for several years now and I won't go anywhere else.
Her nurse is great with me in person and over the phone.

As a new patient, I had to wait ONE month for an appointment, even though I was pregant an couldn't see an OB-GYN unless I went thru an M.D. (Insurance restrictions) (My insurance limited my choice of Drs. as well) It is very difficult to get an appointment at this doctor's office, several times I called for an appointment due to frequent sinus and ear infections. According to the receptionist, if you are not one of the first two people to get thru to the office when they open, you will not be seen in that office that day. In addition, in my opinion and experience, the staff there is rude and uncaring. Over the course of the six years I had to remain a patient, more than 1/2 of the time, when I had a situatuion which required medical care, I was turned away---- I was told I had to either wait one week for an appointment, OR go downstairs to the Immediate Care Center (where Dr. Besolds partner also works . . .) After getting "freed" from having to go there, I have found there are several well-qualified Drs. in this area, who offer the Inital appointment within 1 week, instead of after 1 month, and can get a person with bronchitis in the office within 2 days. It is bad enough to be sick and unseen by your "regular" doctor, but it is worse to be be spoken to loud and rudely by the uncaring "support" staff. It seems quite possible that this Dr. has accepted WAY more patients than she can effectively "take Care of". Take the fact you have to wait ONE month for your first appointment (call them and confirm)as an indicator of how quickly you'll be seen when you have an immediate problem, and CHOOSE A DIFFERENT DOCTOR's OFFICE, unless you like to frequent "Immediate Care" instead of your actual "primary care physcian. If you choose her anyway, be prepared to wait along time past your scheduled appointment--that is, if you can actually get one.
