They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Dr. Longmire answered all my questions and also told me if i had questions after our consult he would be happy to answer them.During the surgery he was so caring and so was his staff. I would defnitely recommend him.

They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. When I heard from a few other dentists to avoid #fullname|business~this dentist# I knew that I should steer clear. They didn't have a good reputation at all with all the other dentists I've talked to. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me because they kept pressuring me to get dental procedures that I know weren't necessary. They should've respected my decision. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. He has a history of medical malpractice in Louisiana. Of course he beat the rap but where there is smoke, there is fire. He should have lost his license there, perhaps that is why he moved to Tampa.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Dr. Longmire himself calls before your appointment to make sure you follow the correct guidelines and that your prescriptions are filled. Dr. Longmire also calls you the night after your surgery making sure you're okay! He gives you his house and cell number in case you need ANYTHING at ANYTIME. I needed a prescription refilled on a Sunday, I called his home, he answered and filled it right then, no problem. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I got a dry socket due to throwing up, and this one office woman was SO nice, I will never forget her. She took EXCELLENT care of me and going in to get the special dressings EVERYDAY was a breeze (which was unexpected)... "come on in whenever you feel like it, I'm here and will take care of you." I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. The office was VERY easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all!! I strongly recommend this office to anyone getting widsom teeth removal.. it's WORTH the price.. NO doubt about it. I had no furthur complications besides getting one dry socket due to stomach issues. I am VERY pleased with them, couldn't have asked for better :)

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
