Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it. It felt like they were just trying to get it over with so I would have to pay for it before really considering it. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well.
