Dr. Cunningham and her staff do not explain procedures up front and do not seem to be competent. They broke a tooth by tightening a band around it too tight. They did fill the hole for free but the filling fell out later. Several fillings have fallen out after a few months. Then they say those were "temporary" fillings, which they did not say up front, nor do they explain the reason for a "temporary" rather than a permanent filling.
