Horrible service; wait time beyond long and dentist did not know what she was doing; assistant didn't either; dried up cement being used. I would not recommend.

Worst customer service I EVER had! I called about a simple price
(I was a patient seen about two weeks prior) the Spanish girl said she would call me back. No return call. The next day I called back and reminded her about the price....she put me on hold for 20 mintues. When I called back they will not answer. The next morning I spoke to Veronica
She said she will ask her manager the cost and call me back. No return call.. The Spanish girls always have rude sarcastic voices and very unprofessional.

They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
