I’m very unhappy with the service I’ve received at this office.
In the past I’ve had long waits, strong pushes by the hygienist to purchase items like sonic toothbrushes and special rinses, and when they filled my only cavity I had to ask for more of the numbing agent because I felt everything.

I feel like all of the above is a little on the normal side, but then I had an appointment scheduled for a Monday morning. I’m a teacher and I can’t get half-days so I had to take a whole day off of work because they were entirely booked over the summer (so the receptionist said) and couldn’t accommodate me until early September. Two hours before the noon appointment they called me to tell me that I couldn’t come in because their hygienist was out sick. Now, I realize that things happen and that people get sick… that’s life.

However, I feel they could have called me earlier and I could have gone into work – not taking one of my precious sick days. Also, I’d waited over 3 months to get this appointment and the woman on the phone was so out of touch with what normal people have to deal with that it was absurd!

She said I’d need to make a new appointment but their hours are 9-5, so I’d have to take *another* day off of work (and hope that the people show up) to get my cleaning in. I told her that getting a day off of work is a hassle for me and she said “Well…do you get a lunch break?” with more attitude than I get from my 13 year old students. Yes, I DO get a lunch break, thank you. But I work pretty far from your office, and I’d actually like to have lunch during my lunch break.

Since they’d charge me for not showing up…can I charge them for a day that I had to miss work?

The fact that they wouldn’t stay even a half hour after their “normal” business hours to fix a problem they created is why I looked for and found another dentist.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
The problem with them is, like another person wrote, even though your appointments are confirmed they call back and cancel you for emergency patients, happened twice, so rude. I rearragnge my schedule at work to go only to get canceled twice in one month. Unprofessional office in that respect, never had a place do that to me in my life!

Worst dentist I have ever been to...Long waits - usually over an hour after your scheduled appt time. Rude staff and the dentist will spend no time with you at all. Had a chipped tooth that they filled which broke after the first day, had it redone 2 more times with the same result. The last straw for me was this morning. Had an 8:30 appt that was confirmed (twice) they called and cancelled the appt at 8:25 right as I was parking. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

I will go back. The Dentist was kind and asked me questions. My cleaning was a little rough, but not uncaring...just never fun for me to have my teeth cleaned. I went back because I was having some pain in my jaw and the dentist saw me right away...the pain was from grinding my teeth. She explained everything to me and let me know it was ok to come in or call anytime. I would recomend this Dentist to my friends and family.
