I was using Greenberg dental by Wal-Mart @ 17-92 switched to 1st st sanford, fl. Dentist Michael Ward first visit, great experience in everyway. He was very honest, knowledgeable & caring. Her assistant Belinda was excellent.
I will come back again & recommend that dental office. By the way, I'm very scared of dentists.

My first visit I had my teeth cleaned and x-rayed and was told that I needed two crowns, since they were on my dental plan I thought I could trust their diagnosis so I paid my out of pocket $ 700+ and now 5 months later am told that my insurance has denied coverage because the crowns were not needed, dentist could not provide the information to clear with my insurance so they sent me a bill for an additional $ 735. when I spoke with their office and also went in person to get copies of my file no one really seemed to care, it appeared this was a normal situation they deal with. Be very wary, I was not even happy with my crowns, my bite was never the same. I paid the bill so I could keep my good credit but will never return. I am hoping I save someone else the pain I learned the hard way.

I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. Not only did this orthodontist not offer alternatives to metal braces, but they couldn't, or wouldn't, refer me to someone who did offer those services. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
