Dr Grief is the finest doctor I have ever had. He takes the time to listen and discusses options with me. He cares deeply about my health and the health of our family. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about him. The staff is the same. The only negative is that sometimes my appointment is not on time, but I contribute that to his caring and spending time with patients. If I don't get in exactly on time I remember he is spending time listening and I would want him to do the same thing with me. You will not find a finer Doctor in this area.

Im am so frustrated with this place. They have a great Dr. but the office staff is horrendous. You cannot get an appointment for a sick child because they are on lunch and no one else can help. Now when I say lunch I am talking about a 3 hour wait for them to come back to the desk. Then when I call back they are in but I need to wait a few more hours for them to call.... I guess they need to digest their food before they can pick up a phone. Disgusting service. Not only them ... I leave a message for the NP and their nurse calls me back and says ... I don't know. Come on people. If you do not like your job or cannot do it let someone who can. In the mean time I am looking for a new family Dr.

I love Dr. Grief, he's a great doctor and spends time with you, but the stuff sucks and because of the staff my husband and I found another doctor's office. That's a same they lost patients because of staff that work there.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
