Dr. Blume has been our primary physician for close to 30 years. 10-15 years ago his office was extremely busy and the wait was long for an appointment, to get back to an exam room, and for him to get to the exam room. That is no longer the case. I can call at 8:30 on Monday morning and get in by 9-9:30 most times, and the wait is never long at all. Dr. Blume and the staff are friendly, concerned and professional. I would recommend him to any friend and family member.

I visited this establishment because I had a horrid cough as was extremely congested and had cold chills and a fever he told me I was experiencing "allergies" and prescribed me Claritin even though I had been expeirencing these symptoms for now 5 days after taking this medicine for the next 5 days nothing got better infact I got worse so I went to the emergency room and they examined me and told me I had pneumonia not allergies and that my doctor should have known what it is just by my symptoms and the cough also his nurse then called me and denied me doctors notes for the 5 days of work I missed due to the pnuemonia and told me I wasn't that sick I could have gone and only gave me a doctors note for the day they seen me. I felt like he completely ignored my symptoms and didn't pay any attention to me I waited for a hour and a Half to see him for a total of 5 minutes then sat in the examination room for 30 more minutes before the nurse finally checked me out. The nurse who called me on the phone was very disrespectful and hung up on me before I could ask questions. I wouldn't ever suggest someone to go there.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
