I don't even know where to start. I called this doctors office MORE than a dozen times during the business hours of 8am-5pm and could not get a single person to pick up. All i received was a voicemail saying how they are open 8-5 and that if i reached that voicemail, an assistant would call me back. Guess what, I never heard back from anyone! I called multiple times a day to get a voicemail and no call back. FINALLY i reached a real person on the phone Friday afternoon and she was beyond unprofessional. She was spaced out and all she kept saying to me was "i don't know" for everything. I was told by multiple dentist offices that this Dr. took Medicaid and she responded with that they took a certain kind of medicaid.... but not medicaid. I ask her to PLEASE explain in further detail so i could understand and once again received an "i don't know response." This company is pure garbage and I would tell people to go get dental work by the homeless people under the i10 overpass before sending them to this company. Don't worry, I will be putting my "input" on every single site i can find on the google/yahoo search engine.

went in for a vaneer,2 days later it fell off when I drank my coffee,i called but was told I would have to pay again to have it fixed,i couldn't afford to pay again. So I still have a ugly toothie..lol well my kkids come first so I always hear about how bad my teeth have become,rude comments,,but my kids have pretty smiles and to me I feel they should be happy I took care of the kids first and stop frowing on us moms with bad teeth. Touche Putty cat......smile on moms......us moms all get treated badly. But us moms know those with kids make sure kids come first and dentist should be more sensitive to us moms. Thanks for listeing.....me

Horrible, horrible dentist. Have no clue how he has any good reviews. I have been going to him for a year because when I pulled my insurance coverage it only showed him. I feel like an assembly line patient there. He hardly says anything, very unfriendly. When I went for a filling for a broken tooth I was in and out of the chair in 5 minutes. The filling came out a few months later and he refused to redo it without charging again. He charged for an exam when I went for a cleaning, I didn't even see him once during the whole visit. When I tried to call about it no one would return my call. I changed dentists and am very happy with my current one. They even found the tooth next to the broken one had decay under the filling. That's probably why the other broke. Dr. Schildroth never checked my teeth to know that. That could have turned into an abcess, then ended with a root canal and crown info continued going there. Please don't go there. He isn't just bad, genus HORRIBLE. I rarely write reviews but don't want anyone else to have an experience as bad or even worse than mine.

Simply put, he's the worst. He is rude, hurried and borderline incompetent.. He does work that is far below acceptable. I changed to a new dentist to get the damage he did repaired. My new dentist stated that they repair a lot of his work. He has a policy that requires you to fill out all of the paperwork every visit. Paperwork that is kept on file at most dentist offices. Just one more annoyance. I have mentioned his name to other dentists from the area. All scoffed. One told me confidentially that they would not send their dog to Schilderoth. Don't risk your dental health here. We had to change insurance companies to get a new provider. It was worth it.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly. After taking my 11 year old child there I realized why it was so easy to get an appointment. I couldn't believe how much pain my child experienced after the appointment. My child was in agony for days that I know could've been avoided. My child went to the dentist with a cavity Dr, Schildroth dug out the decay and put the filling in my child's tooth. However after leaving my child continue to complain about the pain telling me it was worse. My child then told me DR. Schildroth did not numb the mouth prior to doing the work. I called and told the person who answered the phone about my child being in pain and she stated " its going to be sore give your child some Tylenol.***** DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST****

my appointment seemed rushed. Very rude-never once did he introduce himself or make eye contact, I was there for a problem and never did he ask me about what was going on. He spent about 10 seconds with me in all. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!
