I made appointement with this center 6 months ago for myself and my two kids 4 & 8 yrs of age. They do not allow parants to be with thier kids during the treatment, they would not even let you be with your 4 yrs of age.My 4 yrs old did not want to go back to this place, I dont know why!!! I tried to ask him but he said they are not nice! My 8 yrs old had neutral repsonse! I decided not to make any further appointment but the dental assistant insist/forced me to make that appointment & said I can cancel any time, but did not tell me verbally that I will be $100 charge per patient if I dont cancel. I have travel job so I asked them to call me on my phone for confirmation. But they called me on my home phone for courtousy call. I missed that appointment and now they are asking me to pay $200 for misses appointment! Staff lies to you-I suggest to find a some other dentist in town- DO NOT GO BY ATTRACTION!!
