Their staff was friendly enough. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping. I just had every filling in my mouth replaced 2 years ago and they were telling me I needed them replaced again!!! The actual dentist really did not spend much time with me, however, the hygenist was very pleasant and took her time. Heck, I even made a payment on my dental services and though it cleared my account, for some reason the dental office did not credit my account -- though they are crediting me with late fees. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

Instead of examining my teeth thoroughly like they were supposed to, they only examined them for a few seconds. They should've taken the time to make sure they didn't miss anything. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. They are rude and unfriendly. The doctor looked at my teeth for literally less than a minute and sent me out with a referral. Didn't even ask my name nor give his. The staff knew that I was in need of some major dental work and that i was still in pain but preemptively set me up for a cleaning the next day, not at all taking into consideration how i might feel or my well being. Then when I cancelled the cleaning upon the recommendation of the of the oral surgeon to avoid any further discomfort until after my surgery the representative on the phone was extremely rude and short with me. My mother recommended this facility because of the proximity to my home but never again, and also I advise anyone reading or looking into using this dentistry office to call your insurance company and locate another office. The poor quality service and flat out disrespectful staff will never see mine, my families, and hopefully any one who reads this article business again.

I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful.
