When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

A friend recommended Dr. Dawn Hostetler when I was looking for a new general practitioner in or near Brownsburg (preferably a female physician). I have seen Dr. Hostetler a couple of times- as well as one of the other physicians in the group- and have been quite satisfied.

I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their office equipment seems fairly current. I was comfortable with it. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods.
