I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.
