I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time.

I don't like it when the person taking my X-rays says that she's still learning how to do it. They tried to sell me an expensive toothbrush and insisted on showing me the advertising video about it. Went in with a groupon thinking I'd get a cleaning like I paid for, but instead the dental hygenist told me I had gingivitis (I've never been told this before, never had gum problems, and I go to the dentist regularly) and I'd need to pay for a cleaning that required 2-visits and costed $290.00! They said they'd discount it to $214 because of the groupon that I had already paid for. I've never had to spend that much on a cleaning, and the doctor who examined my teeth said that I had no cavities and just needed a cleaning. He didn't say anything about gingivitis. I really question this practice and will get my teeth cleaned someplace I can trust.

The office was easy enough to find. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. Not only did I experience excessive oral pain after my appointment, it took me a long time to recover. If I had known how much pain I was going to be in after my appointment, I wouldn't have gone. Not only was I not able to watch TV during my dental procedure, I couldn't even read a magazine or look out the window. I was extremely bored the entire time. Can not handle all procedures in his office & recommended an other dentist & then come back to him. Why bother!

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.
