Everyone was so caring at this office. Dr Olmos was very loving and knowledgeable and took the time to explain my problem in detail. He cares about his patients and so do the staff. I highly recommend this office.

I would not recommend them to anyone. The staff was not that friendly, and did not go out of their way to make me feel welcome. After waiting for an hour, I got up and ask if the wait was normally this long, they said the Doctor was running behind. They never bother to mention to anyone that the Doctor was running late. I only had a consultation; the Doctor said I needed to make another appointment for the cleaning. The Doctor reassures that I could trust him and he hope he could gain my confident so I could return. I went to schedule my appointment and was told I had to pay $ for a deep cleaning. I ask for a regular cleaning, but was told NO I could not have a regular cleaning even thought my insurance pay for it in full. The girl refuses to ask the Doctor so I called and left a message for the Doctor and I am still waiting for a call back. The Doctor said trust me, how can I trust him if I cannot even get a call back. I feel that is not me he care but the money he could get out of me.

I went to OBT Dental yesterday for the 1st time, I'm new to the Florida Area and I was in need of immediate assistance. I called and spoke to Carolina she was pleasant and helpful ! I was able to come in immediately. I was welcomed as I entered the office. The wait was a bit long but well worth it I was seen by Dr Olmos, who put my worries at ease he was professional, wonderful sense of humor, patient and my extraction was painless !!! He explained what I needed to have done before the procedure and how he was going to help me. Thank you for making my visit a positive experience.

This place is a scam, I am going to report them to Medicaid, they say they accept medicaid clients but will charge $38, then once you are there and only after charging the $38 they claim medicaid doesn't cover anything and you loose your time and the $38 (They don't give you a copy of the x-rays by the way, that would entail another charge you would have to pay to actually get a copy) then they quote you a ridiculous amount of money, shame on them for preying on people in need, they should CLEARLY state that they don't accept medicaid instead of taking the $38, SHAME!
