Terrible. Completely unprofessional. Decided to try her one more time because I could get in without having to wait months. Waited with two children 30 minutes past our appointment time (last time we had to wait 90 minutes and she spoke with us for 30 seconds) when I finally asked if she had even arrived yet, and she hadn't even arrived at the office yet, and her waiting room was full of patients. I will never go back. This is the third time and this time I walked out instead of waiting.

Dr. Springer seemed to be very well educated and experienced in her field of work. She also seemed to know exactly what was wrong with me with only one quick look at my arms and legs, and made me feel at ease with the skin condition I was having. I would definatly recommend this Dermatologist to my friends and family..

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
Dr Springer is very professional, bur also very busy, the wait time is sometimes long, but I have always received the attention I needed. The nursing staff is also very helpful in going over the recommendations after my visit.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. . Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The physician is incredibly rude; after waiting over 1 hour she spent a total of 30 seconds with my daughter; very short and rude, no bedside manner at all. Her manner indicates no questions should be asked. I will never go back there, I was furious when I left. Had to wait over an hour each time I visited, never an apology.
