It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I didn't get as far as I would have hoped this visit. I left feeling rather confused and uneasy. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave.

My daughter had a small cyst removed from her forehead the size of a pimple. The procedure went fine. However, I received two bills one for the procedure. The more expensive bill was for the testing that was done on what they removed. When I called I was told that this was standard for anything they removed and that I had signed a document agreeing that this was ok. If they would have specifically told me the cost, I would have explained that I was not concerned about what they were removing and I would have stated that I did not want to incur the extra expense. I was told that they would have done it no matter what my wishes were. I don't like it when doctors make uniform decisions about tests that cost me a lot of money!!!

Though the staff and doctor are courteous. I am not listened to as a patient. I feel they only want to treat with expensive treatments no matter what the patient asks for and can afford.
