always have a free supply of tooth brushes, floss and toothpaste,tongue scrappers, etc. goes over treatment plans so you understand them.diagnosed my oral cancer and saved my life.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Took my daughter for her 2nd filling and dentist was completed rude.. started off saying we were 20 min late.. when we were 10 min and spent another 10 knocking on the glass window. When I called the dentist herself told me her staff does not come in till 9am yet we had a 8 am appointment. We proceeded to tell her that my daughter had pain in her tooth and she automatically asumed she needed a root canal and said we needed to take her to another dentist. I asked for a release for to get my daughters rrecords and the dentist said it would be 10 days for 1 office visit note. Then she proceeded to say she doesnt have any records... and when i said she has xrays and a filling done.. her comment was whatever, total unprofessionalism... dont waste your time on this dentist.. .

Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.
