I went to the Advocate walk-in clinic and saw Dr. Noparstak on a Sunday when I had extreme ear pain and my regular doctor was not available. He came into the appointment with flat affect and began doing a patient interview. Due to the nature of the pain, he asked me if I used Q-tips. I said I did. He responded with "Didn't your mother ever teach you not to put anything smaller than your elbows in your ears?" I responded, "No." HE SAID, "LET YOUR MOTHER KNOW SHE DID A BAD JOB." He was condescending for the rest of the appointment and left feeling like he didn't listen or hear what I had to say. After my appointment, I went to the CVS Minute Clinic where I received great care and now am on the road to recovery.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name even if it's been months since my last appointment. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here because im not always right about my health care.. They were one of the most professional staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
