The procedure performed to remove my ear wax problem was excellent. The office was easy enough to find. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

I was very disappointed with Dr. Schubkegel. The same thing that happened to Dennis happened to me as well. I went in to recieve a simple prescription refill and while I was there Dr. examined my ears and swabbed them. I didn't think anything of it until I recieved my $500 bill that BCBS PPO would not cover. I tried to get this code changed or removed since this was not the reason for my visit nor did I think I would be charged for this, I thought it was just a routine act, like when they say stick out your tongue and say aw, would you get charged for that? This was horrible and it appears I am not the only one they have done this to. Very upsetting.

This Dr is a rip off as far as I am concerned. I was charged over $500 for a simple ear cleaning. They charged me as a NEW patient even though I was an existing patient but it had been over 3 years since my last visit. Then when I still had some wax after the initial cleaning 5 days later, he charged me another $170 for the second visit.
Ill never go there again.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
