I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
