They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
